Senior Students: 65 years and above. Seniors may participate in either the Ninpo program, the Tai Chi program or both. Training is tailored to meet the needs of Seniors who desire to maintain and increase their physical readiness without causing injury. The focus of Senior Training is to improve and maintain flexibility, increase balance, diet, personal protection techniques and protecting oneself from falls the leading cause of serious injury to Seniors. This is real “self defense”.
Seniors also receive a tuition discount if they enroll in the Ninjutsu Program. Please contact Student Services for more information.
